Whoever filed the false police report should be criminally charged for doing so. All they had to do was back up 2 minutes to see they bought the sand and just needed to figure out how to carry it out. I hope they win a good lawsuit. Getting arrested in front of family and neighbors is a bit traumatizing, especially when you didn't even commit the crime. I hear Walmart has been going after many people that their AI flags, even though these people haven't stolen anything.
